Catalogues

The catalogues of Advanced Research Publications (ARP) are available at the below-mentioned links:

ARP  publishes and supplies Journals in three formats: 1) Online only, 2) Print only, and 3) Online + Print. The Journals are not stocked with us. We print on demand and take care of our commitment towards providing the most competitive pricing and services.

ARP publishes journals under two separate business models:

  1. Open Access Journals: Its publication is funded by payments through Article Processing Charges paid by authors.
  2. Subscription-based Journals: Its publication is funded by payments generated by subscribers.

Open Access Journals

All titles of ARP in the Medical and Nursing categories follow the open-access business model. Online access to the open-access journals is free and reader registration is not required. Subscription charges for open-access journals apply to the print version only. If you are interested in the institutional annual membership for publishing the articles of your students and/or faculty in our journals along with availing the subscription to our journals, please discuss the same with us via e-mail (subscription@adrpublications.in) or phone (+91- 9810116442) before/at the time of subscription.

a) Online Access Policy for Subscribers

  1. Online access will be blocked in case of any violation of the copyright by the subscriber.
  2. Any publication (Special Issues/Proceeding) uploaded to a particular subject category during a given subscription period can be accessed by the subscriber of online issues of that category without paying any additional charges.

b) Benefits of e-Access

  1. Content of articles available in PDF format
  2. Institution/organisation-wide access through login credentials
  3. Flexible purchasing options and discounts on bulk purchases
  4. Access to all issues of subscribed journals
  5. Excellent quality and value

Details for Subscription-based Journals

  1. The payment needs to be made in favour of 'Advanced Research Publications' through Cheque/DD/NEFT. NEFT details may be inquired from us through e-mail/call/WhatsApp.
  2. The cheque/DD should be posted to the following address: LG-37, Arora Shoppers Park, Shakti Khand-II, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad- 201014, U.P, India.
  3. All new subscriptions are prepaid and all subscriptions will be released only after the receipt of full payment of subscription.
  4. Subscriptions are available for a whole volume (January to December) only.
  5. Subscription rates for journals may be revised at the beginning of the year and will be in effect from the same date.
  6. In case of a subscription to 20 or more journals, please feel free to contact us regarding the institutional annual membership for publishing the articles of your students and/or faculty in our journals.
  7. Subscription agents’ discount is 20% for our in-house Medical and Nursing Journals. For other subjects, the agents may avail flat 25% discount. The ordered copies will be sent directly to the end-user or the agent.
  8. Journal copies are available for sale from the publisher's office.
  9. Rates and conditions are subject to change. At the time of receipt of your order, the latest rates and conditions will be applicable.
  10. 18% GST will be applicable on only Online subscriptions and a flat 12% on Print + Online subscriptions.
  11. A change of address request would be entertained only if intimated to ARP at least 1 month/30 days prior to the date of dispatch of the issue. In case there is any delay in informing ARP about the address change or if the request is sent after the journals are dispatched, we will not be responsible for the loss of the dispatched journals and neither will we send repeated dispatch for free; no request for address change will be considered then.12.
  12. Rates outside India include speed delivery charges.
  13. Clients are requested to place the order on the letterhead of their institution/organization.

Lost Issue Claims

Please note that in case of a lost or missing issue, the following conditions will apply:

  1. Claim for the lost issue will be honoured only after 10 days of dispatch of the issue.
  2. Tracking id for the post will be provided to the subscribers within 3 working days from the date of dispatch and claims will be honoured only after verification of the proof of lost issue provided by the subscriber.
  3. Claim for lost issue will not be honoured in case of an incomplete address or delay/absence of a prior intimation of the change of address.
  4. Subscription fees will not be refunded in case of lost or missing issues. For more information, please go through our Refund policy.
  5. Lost issue claims have to be provided with details like subscriber id, subscription id, and order number.

Privacy Policy

  1. This privacy policy covers the use of the website www.advancedresearchpublications.com.
  2. Your personal information filled in the registration form of ARP Shop or the payment details entered by you are securely stored in your account until requested by you for removal.
  3. Your usage of the ARP website confirms that you have read and understood our use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy and that you agree to it.
  4. We respect your privacy and protecting your personal information is a high priority for us at ARP.
  5. Your information is adequately protected by all kinds of security measures considering the sensitivity of the details provided to us.
  6. You can change your password through forgot password. In case you face any issues, please send an e-mail to contact@advancedresearchpublications.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The following cancellation policy of ARP should be read in conjunction with the Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions:

  1. All orders are considered to be confirmed once the Purchase Order (PO) is made towards ARP because we will initiate the processing as soon as we receive the PO.
  2. Payment is expected within 15 days of PO generation with NO cancellations.
  3. Any request for cancellation of the order will not be accepted in case the first issue has been dispatched or online access has been activated.
  4. If there is any mistake made while selecting the desired title, then we will change/replace the title as per your wish, only if ARP is informed of the change before dispatch of the first issue. If the cost of the new title is more than the old one, the balance amount will have to be paid by the subscriber to ARP, and if the cost of the new title is less than the old one, a credit note will be provided by ARP to the subscriber for the difference in amount.
  5. In case you are subscribing to Journals through our website/ARP Shop, then cancellation is not possible.
  6. The change in title will be considered if applied within 1 week of subscription.
  7. When purchasing a subscription which is sold as a ‘print plus online’ option, it is not possible to cancel or suppress either the print or the online part of the subscription, as it is sold as a package.

REFUND POLICY

In case the subscription has been made through ARP Shop and the purchased title is discontinued, then the refund will be processed in 7 working days. Please drop an e-mail to contact@advancedresearchpublications.comfor any concerns regarding refund.

All legal disputes are subjected to Gautam Buddha Nagar, Noida, India Jurisdiction only.
